Prices of pickup items as published on the website and the mobile apps are subject to change without notification to our customers. There will be no refunds due to changes in prices under these conditions.

Important Things to Note
- Upon inspection of the scrap collected, if the materials collected are revealed to be in bad condition, not useful to us, or obtained by theft, Rsrecycle.in representatives have the right to refuse purchase.
- Scraps once sealed cannot be replaced.
- Rsrecycle.in is not responsible for items missing in scrap collected.
- Rsrecycle.in requests users to keep items ready before the arrival of our collection representatives.
- Rsrecycle.in requests users to verify the customer ID against the list carried by our collection representatives to avoid unauthorized persons from collecting scrap.
- In the unlikely event that Rsrecycle.in representatives are unable to make the collection, Rsrecycle.in will re-schedule the collection at a mutually convenient time with the user.
- In the event of a situation/occurrence beyond Rsrecycle.in reasonable control, Rsrecycle.in shall immediately notify the user of the cancellation and shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions.
General Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the land where the company was incorporated.
Privacy and Related Concerns
It is your responsibility to wipe, clean, or delete data on your device being sold on Rsrecycle.in. Rsrecycle.in does not guarantee that all your data on any device will be completely wiped out before we process it for recycling/refurbishing/reselling.
Terms of Agreement for the Sale of Any Item
Users are certified to be the legal owners of the items sold. Users are responsible for any legal action taken due to stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained items. Users shall own the right, title, and all legal interest in the items sold. The sale and shipment of any items to Rsrecycle.in shall not violate any laws, regulations, or statutes of any jurisdiction. Users shall not transfer any intellectual property, trademark, copyright, patent, software, and license or violate other legal rights or restrictions to Rsrecycle.in. Items sold to Rsrecycle.in shall be free of all legal restrictions that may affect the value of the item, and restrict your legal right to transfer ownership of the item (including the item itself, software present on the item, or hardware on or inside the item). Users shall refrain from violating any export laws. Items sent by users (including all related materials, software, and add-on hardware) shall not be counterfeited, stolen, or contain harmful or offensive content of any nature. Users shall hold Rsrecycle.in harmless and indemnify Rsrecycle.in from any and all loss of any nature, including fees, costs, judgments, liens, and reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any threatened or actual legal action, should the terms and conditions of this Agreement be violated.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree with any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the website or discontinue any use of the website immediately.
